6. Service Provider Policies
All bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or car rental provider. Customers are responsible for reviewing cancellation policies, refund eligibility, change rules, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and passport and visa requirements.
Velara Travel shall not be held responsible for airline or provider schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or operational disruptions.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rules and policies of the respective service provider. In many cases, certain tickets or reservations may be non-refundable, and service fees may not be refundable. Refund timelines depend on provider processing times. Velara Travel does not guarantee refund approval from airlines or providers. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving confirmed travel services, tickets, booking confirmations, or customer support assistance.
In cases of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, Velara Travel reserves the right to:
- Submit supporting evidence to payment processors
- Recover associated financial losses
- Suspend future services
- Pursue legal action where necessary
We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate traveler information
- Verifying travel dates and passenger names
- Ensuring passport validity
- Obtaining required visas and travel documents
- Following airline, provider, and government regulations
Any costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.
10. Travel Risks & Liability
Travel may involve risks including flight delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, government restrictions, immigration issues, and health-related travel restrictions. Velara Travel shall not be liable for losses, damages, missed connections, additional expenses, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, airports, governments, natural events, or other third-party service providers.
11. Delivery Policy
Upon confirmed payment, customers will receive their booking confirmation and e-tickets via email within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of payment processing. The delivery method is electronic (email). No physical delivery of goods is involved. The service is considered commenced upon issuance of the booking confirmation.
12. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges of air tickets and reservations are governed entirely by the issuing provider's fare rules. Velara Travel will facilitate refund requests to the provider on the customer's behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Service fees charged by Velara Travel are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

All content on this website including logos, branding, text, graphics, website design, and images is the property of Velara Travel / Smart Solutions Now LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
14. Prohibited Use
